400ex jetting

Just a question with a White bros E series slip on stock air filter lid on no other mods as of yet what would be a good jet setting to start with. Any and all help would be great. The riding is at sea level mainly.

42 pilot
2.5 to 2.75 turns out on the fuel skrew
stock clip location on the needle

With just a slip on I ran a 155 main left the rest alone, it ran good.
