Default washing recon question

I have had my recon for 4 months now and its my first quad. After every ride I wash it wax it and cover it. Well after my last mud bath I washed it and waxed it and I just happened to take the seat off and saw that I had neglected this part of my quad! What a shame! Anyway how do I clean under the seat and all around the air box? I dont want to get water in the engine or anything like that. Please reply

As long as you don't open the air box lid, have at it. The engine won't suck it in, and if any water does get in, theres a tubes/ plug thing on the bottom of the air box to drain water out.

Be careful when spraying around the battery. I once got my starter capaciter wet and it wouldn't work so I had to take the conections apart and clean them. You don't have to worry about getting water into the engine unless the airbox lid is off. You can clean out the airbox with a damp rag. It is alot easier to clean with the side panels off to.
