Well just some useless info,but i thought it was funny, i raced a kfx400 Kawi version of Z400, in 300foot drag slightly down hill he beat me by 1 full quad length,he was piped jetted k&N filter nice new holeshots,I was on my trusted 400ex Piped jetted UNI air cleaner stock tires both of us with quite a bit experience ,I actually beat him good til about 4th gear then he pulled even and was leaving me,it was all fun then decided to run on the track we were pretty much neck and neck cleared a couple of doubles together and got to the last table top and I hear metal pop and he almost lost control he broke front shock mount ,I mean snapped completley off, needless to say he was pissed, as that was one of the questions i asked him when i first met him If he had any frame problems he said no that rumor was a myth for Honda Fans, I kinda had to chuckle under breath,Honda may have got out done on the motor technology but not on overall quality or realiablity,

 

i saw a kfx shadder a rear brake housing on a jump.

 

Last Friday night I saw a raptor snap the actual shock rod up fronton an LE Raptor. It was the first time I had ever seen this. I've seen them bend before but not break. The jump that the kid was on was only about three feet tall and I don't think he hit it really hard either. He had the lowering kit on it and I think this was the culprit.
