I don't think I remembered to check my new DG
skid plates! To late now, its at the dealer! I wonder how much the dealer would charge to tighten a bolt on a skid plate? That would suck!!

I'm still waiting to hear from the dealer!

Keep the ideas coming, It will be interesting to see who is the ultimate forum mechanic!!!

That is what mine was (skidplate), now all I have to do is find a way to keep it from vibrating. A guy yesterday told me to use weather stripping between the frame and skid. I will try that and let you know. Also, did the DG come with allen bolts? If so, the DG is much better.

The dealer called and said Honda wanted to know what type of handle bars I had. When the dealer told them I had Renthal's they said to put the stock bars back on and that should solve the problem. So I took my stock bars up to the dealer this morning and sure enough with the stock bars the vibration was gone. The dealer then unscrewed the end of my stock bar and showed me that the bars have weights on both sides! After paying $45.00 for them to tell me it was my handle bars I took the quad home and installed a PEP stering stabalizer. Fired it up and the vibration was still bad. It feels like tiny needles in your hands. I've been told to try some silicone in the bars, but I just don't think that will do it.
Please any ideas on what I can do to make this go away. I don't want to use my stock bars!!!
HELP!!!!!!
