I know this may have been asked several times but In a 300ft drag race how much faster is the 400EX than the 300EX, stock of course? Also what is the weight difference between the two?

 

its not even close. the 400 wins by 10 quad lengths. they weigh about the same but the 400 has a better suspension.

 

the 300 actually weighs a little more than the 400. I agree though the 400 is a lot faster

 

Ten quad lengths in 300ft, I find that hard to believe. With only 100cc more?

 

300ft drag wouldn't pull 10 quad lenghts if both are good riders... and i can gaurentee that stock vs stock. I raced my friends z400, on about 300 ft and ended up losing by 5-6 quad lenghts... which probally translates to 4-6 vs a 400ex

 

and a bounch more HP

 

I really think that you have something against 300ex's, in every comparison that has a 300ex mentioned, you always include something bad about it, whether it be the insane reverse procedure or its "lack of power". Im not trying to start an arguement, but i have noticed this a long time ago.

 

I think the 300's are nice bikes but I also feel there is no comparing them to the 400ex.

 

fast you are right on that... theres really not a comperssion... but the 300ex makes a nice trail bike, and hopefully it will make a nice mxer[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
and i do agree ive never heard roost thrower say one positive thing about a 300ex... maby a 300ex beat him?

 

i hope the 400 will win because it has 100 cc i keeo up nice with my friends wen they are on their 400s
