"There is no utility that compares with a prairie 650." That is the truth. Too bad not everyone wants or needs what the P650 has to offer. It does not fill the shoes for everyone.

Friend that got the AT that I mentioned above is not happy w/ it, FWIW. Coudn't climb a small sand hill in 4X4 with a run...pretty pathetic.

Hey, 3TV. He made about 4 runs at it before he found the combo that BARELY worked. I think it was ESP and 1st gear. Ya, a low gear should be standard on any 4X4. He says it rides way too rough and it stalled on some inclines and the LS 4X4 got him stuck on a few rocks because the tire in the air was spinning. I didn't ride it though......couldn't get me off that Prairie if ya tried.
Where's Ash Creek? Sounds like a trip for the Grizz and not the P-700.
Thanks for the recommendation for Logandale BTW, it was a lot of fun. Worthy of an annual trip anyway.

Pay close attention to the post above.
Every Polaris owner I know has regular repairs.
But then, some people like changing and buying belts.

Hmmm. Thanks, that's the first negative info I've heard on the AT. I was a little worried that it didn't have a low gear. And the maintenance is my biggest concern on the Scrambler. I like to ride really hard and put it in the garage. Then I like to ride really hard again and put it in the garage. There is no maintenance time in there. My Honda was great for that.

Brushog- I don't blame you for recommending the Prairie, it is AWESOME! It is just REALLY big for me, I'm a small person, and female so I do not have all the muscle to throw it around like you guys can. I can jump it very well, and ride great in open areas, it is just the very agressive riding through the tight woods and off-camber stuff that can be a little much since it's so big.
