Default HELP! CDI for EX

I have a 400ex and I have almost everything you can do to it done(motor wise). I heard that you can take your stock cdi and wire it to have no rev limit. Also that like white brothers and stuff like that is
not exactly made for the 400 ex motor but it lets it rap out higher?????????????

They have CDI's that increase your RPMS by about 1000... I've heard of the no rev limiter, but I don't know anything about it. As far as a non stock CDI , I've heard they are harder to start with it in a cold winter, they are harder on Valve springs and unless you have major mods to your motor its pretty much useless.. I myself have a WB CDI (came with the bike) and have had no trouble starting it in the winter. Of course we haven't gotten much of a winter (yet.) Can't really tell you more than what I've HEARD.
