Cheap Mods For 400EX

does anyone know any good cheap mods for a 400 EX that will make it waste a banshee, if I just buy a WB Rev Limiter how much faster will it go, I've also heard that there is a 39mm Keihn Carb for one, has anyone bought this???

cheap hmmmmm start by adjusting the throttle cable thats free! look on other threads for the how to K&N's are pretty cheap and help out
thats all i can think of for inexpensive ways to get it go faster

ok i'm not cheap and I do have some money, about 12,000 to play with but I want to save it for a car and I dont want to bore it any larger then it is so is there any mods from 100- 300 that will drastically increase the speed??? and HP???

I think it's almost impossible to waste a Banshee with cheap mods. A 4 stroke is always more expen$ive to modify than a 2 stroke. A WB rev kit won't do the job unless you change your camshaft and this and that to match this and that and goes on and on. The cheapest mod is changing to K&N, rejet, and drill holes in the airbox lid but this will not waste a Banshee.

How many holes and of what size? What would you rejet to(DynoJet size)?

they say 6-1 1/2" holes, but screw it take the lid off as for jet size it all depends on heat and elevation and mods. I run a 165 or 170 with my mods and my plug comes out nice and clean.

sprockets are the cheapest best increase power
