guys i know this thing has been pushed off until feb for the most part. but im wondering what your hearing on availability after they finally release this thing. im looking for more specifics. we know dealers are getting one each...but then what? when will dealers have sufficient quantities? and are the bigger distributors like ALBA subject to the same restrictions/limitations as everyone else?

 

Nobody on herre knows anything. You can start calling dealers and you will find out theat they don't know jack either. I am number #1 on two lists, they contsantly contradict each other.January 28th (estimated ship date) is the latest info. I used to call and ask when it would be in, people on here saying they saw one, or raced one (BS!), I just wait now. NOBODY KNOWS, IF THEY DO, THEY AREN'T TLAKING! The word is that ll dealers will get one, then larger orders to follow. If anybody tells you anything besides that, they are a lyer, looking to win a cool contest.
The only advice I can give you, BE PATIENT, it will be here when it gets here, don't plan on anything. I will let you know when I get mine.

No, I did not try Alba, I live in Utah, I am not driving to California for a quad.
I know that I have heard from dealers that they are coming from South Carolina , and California. Go figure, nobody knows Jack.

ABOUT ALBA, you will not find a more expensive dealer anywhere. And even though they can make your deal over the phone and have it shipped to you, I bet it will cost you over $10000.........

 

aftermarket companies received the 450r's months ago, so once they do come out we will have plenty of parts, so that is one good thing, right? just tryin to find the bright side... waiting is makin me go crazy! lol
