Default Best skidplate for a 400ex

Go with PRM. I have their full chassis skid plate, Z-series 1/4" thick swingarm skid, baja bumper and grab bar, and their air scoops. Everything I have bought from them always bolts right up using stock hardware, or hardware supplied by them. The problem with DG is that they want you to use their funky over the frame tube clamp system, which are generic parts, (not designed individually for each machine). DG plates are tough, but I have found that after switching from them (on a Warrior and a Wolverine) to PRM, I was a lot more satisified with the PRM products. Oh...and friends don't let friends buy AC skid plates....they are junk.

Chad I really like that bumper. that looks sharp on the EX. I was thinking of getting the duncan crome bumper but they want to much for it. I think I will just go with one like yours.

It looks even better now that I polished it up!! All it took was a polishing wheel on my drill, and after about 45 minutes it looked like chrome.
