I've got a '98 300ex. It has a FMF Performaxx Pipe, K&N Air Filter, and a Dynojet Kit. What else should I do (tires or what other mods) should I add to the ATV to improve it. I don't want something that will cost a lot of money, but I want something that will help without spending a wad of cash.
Please submit any suggestions. I don't want to spend much more than $200. Also, if you do suggest something, tell me what type and where I could get it. Thanks.

I would strongly suggest U get a set of 20/11/9 6 ply maxxis razr's put on the stock rear wheels.I had the razr's off my 250r on my 300ex and I loved it!!!!The slide great and i only got stuck once. That was whening I was crossing a deep creek and she sunk in the sand. All I did to get it 0ut was put her in reverse and rock her back and forth.

Try regearing the bike, especially if you have 20" tires on back. You can either do 14/38 or 13/36. Makes a nice improvement. If you do the front sprocket with a 14 tooth you have to remove the case saver or grind it down.
