makes you wonder... yammy could have made improvements on the banshee, and warrior, maybe even making a warrior class.. like a 400 warrior 500 warrior, etc. Why don't they do this, they could get more sales... maybe they don't care about their atv department. they could be too hung up on the strings of their guitars. i mean look at the "supposedly" poor design of the rapter.. if they would have made this thing wider and lower, you'd have a nice quad. i just don't get it... honda probably has a back-up plan too if they fall in sales (like producing a 250r again or something). I have nothing against yamaha.. my friends race them, and are die hard yammy fans. Laterz

PS: i often hear them say stuff like "that 400 has alot of ***** for a honda" hehehe

 

Honda Yamaha ..... why cant everyone just be happy with what they got and don't diss others quads. Hell, if some of you would ride just half as much as you mouth others quads, you would be pretty good.

 

Actually making motorcycles and quads is a small side line for Yamaha compared to making pianos, organs etc. Yamaha Motor Corp. is considered to be a small company. By the way the Grizzly that I bought last year stunk so bad that I had to get rid of it.

 

What Co. is bigger Honda or Yamaha.....uhhhhh think for yourself. And what co. has the best selling and best made quads.....HONDA!!!!!

Yamaha is either fully or partly owned by Toyota.
Toyota also fully/partly owns Daihatsu(the world's largest manufacturer of mini-cars). In reality Yamaha(group) is a bigger company than Honda.
Honda is a stand alone company with no other ownership of another company or owned by another company. You can argue that Honda has a lot of divisions (atv, generators ect) but Toyota-Yamaha-Daihatsu has many more including the same ones as Honda and different ones.

 

I heard some of you mention a yammy. Is that some kind of sweet tater?

 

I dunno about that. Honda makes an awful lot of stuff, lot of cars, electronics, quads and that sort of crap. I'd say its probably the same size if not bigger than toyota.
