I had the set up below. The pred was stock with a 13tooth sprocket, and the baffle out. I'm not saying I expected it to beat me, but I did figure it would have kept up alittle better after it beat down the two piped Z's.

I used to bad mouth the predator, but it really surprised me after I got to watch it race a few times. Very solid quad, and I hope they got the first year bug's worked out.

It's a very impressive quad. But the 160cc's extra really puts the Raptor on top between these two.

 

Both bikes were stock and no mods on them at all, But the predator had holeshot mx tires and the raptor had stock tires.

 

The Predator well out run a Raptor cause

When my Predator was Stock my dads friend has a Raptor660 .( stock) and we raced on the highway 4 times ........ I out ran him 2 times ... on my Predator .... the we switched quads ....... and raced another 2 times and he out ran me and i was on his raptor ..... and he was on my Predator ... So thats why I think that the Predator well out run the Raptor660 ..... [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

I have a pred and my best friend has a raptor and he doesn't stand a chance with me. However, to my advantage, I have a pipe, filter, and been jetted. I also have a one tooth bigger front sprocket on the front, which definitely helps out. Right from 1st gear, and i'm gone. switching riders doesn't change results either. we do however have the same top speed though, but i just get there much quicker. this is on pavement, but on dirt, its closer, until i hit 4th, i start to pull away easy.
