i dont think that it needs reverse, im fine with pushin it backwords if u have to

 

OK, you guys aren't getting it! If Honda were to put reverse and water cooling on the 400EX now it would end up costing way more than a Z400. They would have to totally redesign the motor. But as it stands as of now, a po basta like me can afford a fairly fast and very fun machine. I like that!

I too probably would have bought a Z if only a few $ more but around here Suzuki gets nothing less than full retail and I picked up my EX for 8 bills less than that so the choice was obvious for me.......... [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

I think the 400ex is one of best sport quads ever made and it will always have a place on the honda lineup.

If i had known the 450r's were comming when i bought my 400ex i would have waited but most people can't see lossing alot of money and buying a new quad when they could make their just as fast with motor mods and suspension for the same price.

 

The 400ex will always have a place in my heart....lol
