its only like 2 months old, the battery is fine, it turns over, but it doesnt seem to be getting gas... i did what the manual says to do in case i flooded it, but still nothing. i havent used it in like a week, and its been sitting in the shed... its only about 5-10 degrees average. how much would that affect it? thanks a ton in advance, guys

Very cold temps require a very rich mixture to start.
your starting mixture is probably too lean. take the air filter out and block the inlet to the carb partially with your hand. Vary the amount of blockage while cranking. If it starts, the mixture is too lean. May be the choke cable is not adjusted properly. Too much freeplay could cause it. Or you may need to richen the air mixture screw.
Check your gas cap air vent hose too. It might be plugged. Spiders like to hide in them.
If all else fails take it to the dealer and raise some Cain.

If it's the 400ex you may as well plan on changing the pilot jet to a #40 or a #42. I put a #40 in mine and wish I had went ahead and put a #42. the pilot jet is lean to start with and when it gets cold it just get worse

I have $100 bill says if you change the spark plug it will fire up.
either change it, or take the one you have out, clean it with a wire brush, replace.
