Where do you get this? Will any ATV mechanic install it? How much does it cost by itself? How well does it help the powerband? Anything! Thanks!

the key is easy to install but you dont even need to do it.
rotate your stator plate. it is the exact same effect as the degree key and it costs $0.00

So I could just take my Rubi to the dealer and tell them to "rotate the stator plate" and they would know what I meant and how much to charge me for it and everything? I have no idea how to do this so I was just wondering. What exactly does this do for performance anyway?

The dealer will laugh at you, you can not rotate the stator plate on a Rubicon

Four strokes are not 2 strokes and do not have a "POWERBAND"
The term POWERBAND is refered to as being "up on the pipe" or what rpm the conical shape of the pipe has the greatest effect over gas burn in the pipe that a 2 stroke requires.

The four stroke pipe only supplies backpressure during intake and exhaust valve overlap in the four stroke processand exhaust flow, no POWERBAND

I dare you to call a dealership and ask if they can adjust the POWERBAND on a Rubicon, LOL, you'll be the laughing stock of the community in a week, LOL
My 2¢

I will comment again, if you can find the advanced keyway, it will help your power curve.

The last Rubicon tranny I rebuilt, yesterday, the stator and such are mounted to the rear cover right foreward of the recoil. No adjustments for timing were noted visually or noted in the Honda manual.
