Does anyone have any info on parts to be able to get my atc back running again. The big bore cylinder is punched out to the max. and I can't find any pistons or sleaves for the animal. I heard Honda pulled the kits off real quick from when they were new because of teathing problems? Any info would be appriciated![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img]

 

You will have to buy at least 50 pistons from a company that will make them to acually make them for you. They dont make pistons for the air cooled factory 300 big bore kit anymore. But liek I said They wont make just one for you. You will have to buy about 50.

 

Yeah, it stinks. I had a 1983 300r and at the time I had it the thing ran perfect and was an absolute beast! From what I've heard the piston is a rare and costly thing. Do a search on the subject here and in the 3-wheeler forum, as well as look in the rriders forums to see if anyone has an extra they want to sell you.
