I'm getting a used FCR carb in need to set in up for my quad.

2000 440ex with a full ct pipe in I live at about a 1000 feet.

 

A friend of mine has a fcr on his 12:5 to 1 compression 440 and he is using a 170 main on his and it seems to do very well at sea level with that size so it may be a starting point.The pipe he uses is a fmf-q and that is going to be more restrictive than your ct so i would factor that in to your decision.
