I'm pretty sure its 16hp

 

I always thought it was 13hp.

 

I'm pretty sure it's more than 13hp .. they are a pretty quick little machine. My cousin figures his 250X is around 13hp, but I'm sure someone on this forum at some time in debate of the 250X vs. 300EX said that the 250X was more powerful ?? I could be mistaken tho .. has been known to happen from time to time [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

THats because it IS 13. 282cc of pure monster. Actually, it has roughly the same power too displacement ratio as a stock Raptor..[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img].

 

so if it has 16-18 hp stock then if i add a slip on and a K and N filter i will only get about a 1.5 gain?? that sounds a little low The Doug Gust web site people said i would get a 3-5 gain. any thoughts??

 

about 4hp but 16hp stock mine is about 25-26 hp

 

the 400ex puts out 28rwhp you are not getting 2 less with a 300ex sorry a 300ex might have 18rwhp at the max

 

ya right dude i have seen a 46hp 300ex at little sahara

 

5 less than my lawn mower.

 

300racer we are talking stock here and I am pretty sure that 300ex wasn't stock
