I have it on my 400, but I did not notice to much since I put all my performance parts on at one time. The key is suppose to advance you timing a litttle. ( I think) it its been a while since I read up on it.

It doesnt seem hard remove the left cover it comes with a flywheel puller pop that off and replace it. I have not heard of this until now. Sounds interesting. On Sparks site it recomends the kit for stock motors because of heat with the built motors. I am very interested in one for the price it isnt a bad deal. Anyone know where to order them online. Looks like sparks you can call to order i found another site that wants like $22. Sparks has them listed for 19.99 or something i have heard somewhere they were 15.00 any links to sites would be great.

well to start with it adds NO H.P. I have this key in my 400ex. the only thing it does is add a little snap to the throttle response and makes it rev a little faster but not much faster. would I do it again? No I don't think so

So basically the degree key is a joke or a waste of money I have a 03 400ex with many mods I currently just had the Flywheel lightend would the degree key work better with a lightend flywheel. I want to make my 400ex rev like a 2 stroke but have the bottom end of a 4 stroke. If the degree key helps for 20.oo bucks I 'll get it any info please help.

From what I,ve read and checking around. It does help a little snap in the throttle and rev a little faster. It seems to be a cheap mod that does do something it's just if you want to take the time to put it in. I'm going to try it. WTH

I think i am going to get one also to get that little snap. I found a place that sells them for $15 Click i guess you have to call them to order though I dont see them listed on the site but on another forum the owner or someone said they have them for $15
