It's a Honda Accord wagon with a lift kit! I hope you don't see many in the dunes.

If I were going to give up car handling, I would be inclined to at least something that seems tougher (Avalanche? New F150? plus they could hold an atv)

Apologies in advance for my inability to understand why anyone would want a cross-over suv.

A honda pilot is the same as the odyssey. They arnt cars, they are dunebuggies. Just like a little fourwheeler theat you sit in and drive with a steering wheel and peddles. From what i have heard they sure have some power.

Hes not talking about the vehicle, hes talking about the off-road buggy thing, made in the later 80s or early ninties. I havent been to the dunes, but ive seen some pictures of them on the internet before.

Okay, sorry, I wasn't thinking and opened my big dumb mouth. Doh! I work in the auto industry so I always think about the bigger things. I even had to re-read it twice when you said, "The Pilot is the same as the Odyssey", because I was thinking, "yeah, that's also based on the Accord".

Those little buggies do look like fun.

Never had one but was impressed with a couple I saw at the dunes. the seemed to be flying along just fine & saw one get some air. Looked like they had plenty of suspension to handle it. Also looked like they had plenty of power to make it up the hills we were screwing around on!

Yeah... their sweet. hard to find and when you do find them their big bucks!!! Last time I checked clean 1989-89's (best years) were @ $6,000 plus depending on how clean they were.

I could be wrong but I think the Pilots had a 400cc motor where as the Odessey had a 350
