these quads are both kick *** but which one would you rather or buy if you had the oppertunity
i hear amazing things about the LT but just as good things on the TRX sometimes i feel the Lt is superior. any comments

 

The TRX has so much going for it over the LT in regards to modifying. Easier to find and cheaper now that the 4 strokes have crowded the market.

I have owned several of both over the years. I like the power of both, but the Honda has always fit me better.

 

True, Honda still has a very strong aftermarket, but their are still plenty of places to get mods and parts for the later quadracers. I own an 86, so I have to really hunt and scrounge for aftermarket goodies.

 

Let me tell you all as a previous owner of an 88 LT250R and now a present owner of an 88TRX250R that there is absolutly NO COMPARISON!!!!!!!! of the two. I literally had $10K into my LT and what a non handling peice of crap!!!!! MY mostly stock 250R(honda) is 100 times the machine that the LTs were/are. Just the fit and finish alone on the Honda is worlds apart from that sujunkie terd.
Take me for my word, yes the lt would beat alot of things in a strait line (mine had a Trinity pro mx motor) but that was it.
I only like what works good----Im loyal to no brand but in this case HONDA HONDA HONDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
