is the honda card a good deal or not?? is there a penalty for paying it off in 2 years

Check the intrest on the card. You should be able to get a 48 - 60 month loan right now at about 10-15% intrest, depending on your credit. As far as down payment, try to never finance the tax, setup, or freight. This way if for some reason you need to get out of the quad you won't be to upside down. (ie. you owe $7,000 on a quad that you can sell for $5,000.)
