I rolled my quad last week, but I didnt pay much attention to it, well, I noticed that the pink dirt tube on the bottom of my air filter box (on the rancher 350 4x4es) was half full of oil, when I took off the air filter I noticed alot of what looked like oil coming from the square hole that goes into the motor, not the one that goes to the carb. the other one.
Any help is appereciated
thanks!

Unfamiliar with the Rancher, I wonder: Could crankcase or gear case vent hoses terminate in your air box?

If so, perhaps when you inverted your quad, lubricant (instead of air) flowed into the vent hoses and into the airbox (and, subsequently, the "dirt tube").

No long-term problem, as long as you clear the hoses and maintain lubricant levels (and keep the quad upright, of course!).

yeah, it is normal for oil to flow up the breather hose and into the airbox, then back out the water drain hose. I once had a quart of boiling oil poor onto my leg when i got trapped under a XR500R in a gravel pit.

Ah okay, in my manual it says its the breather joint where all the oil came from.. So this wont cause any problems??
