Default 400ex in the snow?

If I stud the 400ex tires which I have been toled is probibly a good choice for me being 16, 5'11'' and 150lb. Will it go throw the snow good? I have a snowmobile so I could pack down trials and my Dad said that his 90cc 3weeler whent throw the snow fine. Any other things I should consider for snow plese tell me.

my sons works fine, but quads don't handle deep powder real well, once they get on the frame they will get stuck.

Studs won't help much in deep snow. Once the swing arm sits down on the snow the tires just spin. Use the studs on open ice. Best bet is to stick to the snowmobile in the winter time.
