About a week ago I ordered a set of 22-11-9 sur-traks, and a K&N air-filter from www.rockymountainatv.com . They had the cheapest prices on the items themselves, but MY GOD!, the shipping 34 bucks, the same as the air-filter. Anyways, I didn't get either put on today, but will do it tomarrow and report how well they work. The sur-trak's look awesome, and it says on the tire that if you can mount them one way for mud and dirt, then reverse them for sand and duning. Sand won't be a big concern for me though considering I live in Ohio and have a honda recon.

 

Soon, I too will purchase sur traks for my wifes Recon. These are very good tires & they don't weigh a lot.

I was thinking about getting a pair of Sur-Traks for my 300EX. But then I found out that they are only 2-ply. I needed something with a little more thickness to them so I am going with Kenda BearClaws.

 

i had em on my blaster, they wore nice.

I'm going fast trekkers, bandits, all-traks, or something else i just haven't thought of yet.

 

I got then tires put on today (did it at home, which was a big pain), and the are very aggressive in mud and stream crossings. when riding up hill the tires will throw roost when any amount of throttle is givin. I did notice a slight decrese in accelaration, but I didn't get around to putting the K&N filter on.

 

I just got Sur Tracks put on itp .190 rolled egde rims for my recon am getting them in 3 days!!!

 

those rolled edge rims are more than worth the money!

I have them on the front of the 300, and i wacked a rock a couple days ago and it didn't put as much as small chip in it!

 

Sweeeeeeeet nice to know that they are good!!
