Again....why does some Polaris ****** even care????

 

Who really cares!! I watched a stock Rincon (no aftermarket locker) pretty much kick the crap out of the other machines in its class in a timed mud track event, the 4x4 must worked ok i guess. makes me think i might buy a Rincon to go along with the rancher.....ah I dont know there are so many machines i would take , IM so confused which to buy darn Hondas will last forever.


buy the aftermarket locker for the honda and your set. my rancher goes through just about everything Wi has to offer.

 

recon.....i did a test last night to satisfy my curiosity,,, i took my atv jack and raised the honda off the floor about a foot, i then took a concrete block and put it under one front wheel. i then lowered the bike to the point of the tire resting on the block...the other three were int the air. i then started the bike put it in 4wd and guess what happened when i gave it the gas......??????? nothing... it tried to move just a little then the other three tires just turned.......so where is this 30/70 bias at????? if what you say is true it should have spun the block out from under the tire correct...

 

The post was not if Honda's any good the post was why Honda does not offer AWD diff lock stock?

Its a given 4wd is better then 3wd in low traction sections any day. Diff lock "was" a aftermarket add on like selectable 2wd/4wd 242 kits were until ATV just all came with that feature from the show room.

If it was not for Honda both the aftermarket awd diff lock kits and rear disk brake kit manufacturers would be out of business.
