I have an 86 250R and need to get a pipe with good low-end power. What is a good pipe with this power? Thanks

LRD or Paul Turner Mid range pipe. The bottom end power stays the same as stock, but with improvements in mid range power.

Have you considered other engine mods to gain more low to mid power. Increases in compression can be accomplished by installing a thinner head gasket. I can post more later if you are interested in this.
