I'm thinking about getting a new ATV, which one is better? The Honda 400EX or the Yamaha Banshee. I already have a Honda Foreman ES and I love it, but I want a Sport quad now. I'm thinking about getting the Honda, but I heard you can do more modifications with the 2 stroke. Which one do you guys think I should get?

 

I personaly would go with the 400ex just because I like 4 strokes. you would probably be happy on either one. the choice is up to you 2 stroke or 4 stroke. or forget about both of those quads and get a yamaha raptor.

 

id go for the raptor as it seems to be a cross of both breeds, suspension + power, plus the pricing looks very attractive.

What kind of riding will you be doing? Wide open? Get the Banshee...Anything else, get the 400EX.

 

i have heard many prob with the raptor. and if you want that i would wait at least a year to get it. the price might een go down by then. anyway i would go with a 400ex. i have ridden a banshee and own a 400ex. the handling is so much better and is alot easier to jump(mx). banshee has better acceleration but most 2 stroke accelerateq better than a 4-stroke. but unless your gonna be ridden dunes or flattrack. go with the 400ex
