A 250R would have a hell of a time trying to keep up with either 450's... even modded.

 

a stock bore 250 might, but most arent.

 

i dunno but i will find out tomorrow, my buddy is going to get his 450R and i will let you know in a few days.

 

it would take a really good setup (ported stock cylinder) 250R to run with the new modded 450's

i have a 86 trx 250R very good port job on the stock 250r cylinder
and i will waste a 450r no joke.... have raced several of them allready...
even the hrc models...

not very impressing to me
hopefully the honda 450r's will come out with some other mods soon...

hey thanx everyone for posting great info. Iam still thinking on it. But I probaly will go with a 250r or a quadzilla
