one last dumb question.
now im playing aroudn with the jet size - i know how to switch the jets quickly -but i havent moved the needle - whats the easiest way to get to the needle ... from the top ??

Are you running with the air box lid on or off? If you have the lid on then a 180 sounds to big plus if you are having a problem 3/4 to full than that would be your main jet. The pipe itself doesn't effect the jetting much the amount of air that you have coming in is what effects the jetting. I am running the stock pipe with the baffle out with a 2" hole in the back of the air box lid. My main jet is a 155, I did not move the clip on the needle.
