ARE THEY THE SAME?
i was lookin at the 450R and i couldn't see a single difference between the 450r swmingarm and my 400ex's... are they the same? if there not whats the difference? also the frame n chassis are very simular...

I have a +4 arm for my 400ex. It will be put in my 450 soon, maybe Sunday, and I will let you know if it goes or not. If it doesn't, I have a 4 over chrome lonestar for a 400ex I don't need.
