i found a 01 400ex for 2950.all it needs is tires from the looks of the pictures.is this a normal price if not how much can a 99 or 01 be had for??

 

I just paid $2500.00 for a 00. in good shape with good tires.

 

cool.do u thik i could get 2300-2500 for me ex?all mods are listed in sig and the rear axle bearings,carrier,axle,and chain and sprockets are practically brand new,oil changed regularly(just put in k&n oil filter and mobile 1 race oil 20w50)a few small scratches in plastic,good tires,and the plastic,exhaust,and handle bars were put on right after x-mas.

 

Sounds like a good price as long as the motor isnt gone. Sounds like it has quite a few mods on it. if it dosent need repair (costly Repair) minor stuff isnt bad. it is a good price

 

wich quad are you talking about getinair?the 400ex or my quad?and mine needs no repairs that i am awara of,to be a 98 it is in extremely good condition.this summer i will prolly be working w? my uncle making $150 a week but i have to put $50 of that in the bank for insurance for when i get a car so ill be pulling in $100 a week wich should leave me with about $800 plus whatever i sell my 300ex for.how fast do yall think a stock 400ex with a 120lb rider would go?i am looking for a stock one cause they go for less.

I bought one for 3300 it was an 2002 and great shape. Look at my pics it is the yellow one....vote my sight while your at it and be nice to me...lol

Brad I have owned many Quad and truely to tell you I have really enjoyed this one for it is really a well oiled machine and few flaws have I found in it. You will enjoy them I do.

 

isnt the 400ex lighter than the 300ex?i think i have heard that somewere.
