today I took my Recon out riding and went at about 2'nd gear into a bout' a 1foot deep mud hole and when I got out the four wheeler almost died,is this normal or is there something wrong with it?There was water and mud all over the whole thing.Please tell me if this is normal or not.Thanks.

been there done that. It's the sparkplug cap. I used wd40 but there's other stuff made to spray your electronics stuff with. What I found was that the water splashes up and gets in the plug from the top where the wire goes in.

also you gotta watch out for the carb where the throttle cable goes into the top of the carb. Theres a little rubber boot that doesn't do a real good job. If this happened with just a splash, it's your plug cap though.

oh please! that is not true. How much of your time did he take. Besides your still acting like you believed him and THATS funny. You called someone an ***, which certainly doesn't belong here. Be cool man...that all you gotta do.

Pull the cap from the plug and spray all inside it. then where the spark plug cable goes into the cap from the top, you can kinda bend it a little and get some of the stuff down in it. Hose it down real good.
