Default All-Wheel Steering

I'm sure this question has already been pondered, but why haven't any manufacterers considered all-wheel steering like on monster trucks? This would be especially awesome for the bigger 4x4s.

Weight and cost. Just a guess on specs but if 4WS added 50 pounds of weight and $800 in cost the slight advantage of 4WS would not be worth it.
