Blaster vs 400ex

My friend have a blaster with toomey pipes and dynojet ,k&N, wiseco piston 0.20mm and he says he is keeping up with a 400ex with withe brother pipe and k&N.Can it be real??

i have a buddy with a blaster and he claims stock vs. stock his blaster will smoke a 400ex. i dont think its true
