i was looking in the cycle trader and found a 1988 honda 250r with a 1996 kx500 motor in it.and the only thing the ad said was,in very good condition,low hours,very fast,$2000 or best offer.so do you think it would vibrate to much or do you think it would be ok?so do you think its worth the gas money to go up and test ride it or not?any info would be greatly appreciated.thanks.

 

I dont know too too much but i do know from hanging out with my friends that do know that 250r's are really good. I would deffanettly check it out.

 

i have heard bad things about those 250R, 500 cross-breeds[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] i have heard that they are VERY unreliable, and vibrate like a bi%&#. depending on how far away it is, you should at least check it out. It may be a nice rig, but dont be dissappointed if its not
