Default turbo 250x

hey guys, i'm just wondering what it would take to put a turbo on a 250x. i just want to know what kind of mods i would have to do to the engine to keep it from bombing, and what type, and size turbo would be the best bet to use on a project like this?? thanx to everyone who can help me out!

You should be able to pick up a turbo at a junk yard for $30-$40 with about 100k miles on it. Go with the smallest one you can find, that was used on geos or 1.8L subarus.

BTW you will need more engine mods to pull it or you will kill your bottom end trying to spin the turbo.

On the engine, I wouldn't be to worried about anything happening. Their stock parts hold up pretty good.

thanks manual, wat other mods should i do to the engine so it doesn't take away from any bottom end power?
