Default not tryin to start a battle..

my freind's yfz 450 bent an a arm......somehow....he says he dosent remember how he did it....but i can think of 2 possible explanations....1-he dropped it off the back of his truck. 2. he wrecked hard and has yet to own up to it. anyone bend any a arms on the hondas yet? howbout anyone else on their yamis?----my 450 has taken some serious abuse, rollovers, stumps...and theres stil no play in the steering, and my tie rods are straight. i bent 2 sets on my 400ex, one stock set, and one set of chromoly asr's. my other freind on his raptor has waisted at least 3 sets.....tired of having to jam his tire strait with a stick to get home hahaha.

It didnt bend from being pulled out of the truck, unless the arm landed directly on a rock. When it came out of the truck , it weighed less, than if someone was on it, and lets face it, even with someone on it, it should handle a 3 foot drop.

He must have wrecked it.....no way that drop out of the truck could have bent anything, if it did, then yamaha has some problems they need to address.....which I think would have arose before now......I have had no problems with anything like that on the pred, and haven't heard of anything like it on other quads, with the normal abuse......he must have hit something.

Sure it could bend an A arm... if it fell out of a truck at 65 mph!
