do u think i could sell my 300ex wiht the mods in my sig. and get a used 400ex without putting in more than $1000 of my own cash? thanks for the help

 

if your 300ex is in reallyu good condition you could sell it and not put any extra cash down on a 400ex...i have seen 300ex's in the wantad for 3500...(stock i think) and a 1999 400ex for 2900...i dont know the condition but it shows you could do it

 

does putting after market parts on actually decrease the value? and i have a custom ignition on the side of my plastic that i made since i took off the stock handle bar plastic, its done perfect though ill put up pics but do u think that would decrease value?

 

i donno...if its done correct and it doesn't decrease reliability i dont see why it would decrease value...but alot of people want a stock machine so they know it hasnt been tampered with..

I just picked up a 2000 400ex for $2400 in mint condition (I know I got a REAL good deal:cool[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img], and I have a buyer for my 300ex for $2200. take you time and look around and a good deal will come up for you.
