I say go with the Pro Circuit. Sounds very good and adds most power if you aren't looking to spend tons of money. If you just want sound then go with the cheapest, Supertrapp.

400EX is the best quad. I've got one that runs awesome.

the supertrapp is the most economical and you can adjust it for sound and power, add discs to increase power and sound, subtract discs to decrease power and sound. The DMC alien exhaust is impressive but it's pretty expensive and extremely loud.

this question can never be answered everyone will have their own opinion just pick whatever looks best to you.

If you had too many discs then you will blow up the silencer. I've have had experience with that.

you decrease back pressure when you ADD discs and increase back pressure when you decrease the number of discs. Threfore, it is impossible to blow up the silencer by increasing the number of discs.
