A 160 would be much too lean on the main.
If you're using a 39 PWK with a 310, you should start with a 55 pilot, a 188 or 190 main and set the needle clip in the middle notch. The clip position also depends on the needle you have. I'm using a 38 PWK Air stryker on my 310 and am set with a 52 pilot, DGH needle w/clip in middle notch, and 188 main. The settings I recommended are a good starting point, but will not be exact. My other R, still at 250cc using a 39 PWK, is set with a 55 pilot and 178 main. Good luck
