2001 TRX250R – A SPACE ODYSSEY

After hearing race fans complain for years about the demise of the TRX250R Honda may have seen the light and be ready to release this 2001 version. Insider information has informed us that the updates include Electronic Fuel Injection, cylinder heads which have been bench flowed, a tuned pipe and a reduction in weight of 40 pounds. These type of changes could push the ponies up by about 40% from the original 250R.
[purple]I saw this over at www.steelriders.com in their ATV Spy section. Some of the stuff on this page seems to be poking fun, so I am not sure, but if anyone knows anything please please say something. If the R is coming back out for 2001 I am putting a deposit down as soon as I am able to do so. So what do you guys think? Any chance?[/purple]

What the heck is a bench flowed head? Is that a dead give away that the whole thing is a hoax?

I went to the website and I can GUARANTEE that the 600ex, 250r, 6x6 lt1000, the new kawasaki big foot thing, and the jaguar quad are all fakes. I saw the jaguar and lt1000 in magazines and both were even written that they were fakes. if you look at the pictures of the 600ex, and 250r, the letters are both added on by a computer, the "tuned pipe" on the 250r was also pasted on. and the 250r had a 4 stroke engine that is identical to the 400ex, the 600ex was the same also. I hate how pwople like that can get your hopes up. it's funny and all, but it gets pretty anoying when they do it al the time. I was excited as hell when i saw a 750cc banshee in "4 wheel atv action", yet, it was fake. it sux that they do that to people

Obvious fake. All the above mentioned reasons, plus the kickstarter would never be put on by Honda liki that.
