wrist pin bearing

Default wrist pin bearing

when rebuildin the topend of my 300ex will it be necessary to install a new wrist pin bearing?

If it is in good shape, no. But do not reuse the circlips.

okay,has anyone ever dealt with Midwest Action Cycle?the have a complete topend rebuild kit that comes with:wiseco piston,topend gasket set,circlips,wrist pin,wrist pin bearing,rings,for 87.95+3+9.50S&H=$98.50.were as other places you would have to order the wrist pin bearing and gasket kit seperate and thats an extra $40 with a $80 piston rings and circlips.

wtf? the 300ex is a 4 stroke! it doesnt have a wristpin bearing!

A 300ex has a roller bearing on the lower rod bearing but the wrist pin is a full floater with no bearing. Just a couple circlips.
