Jetting is about looking at the plug and seeing that it is colored correctly. There is no magic number, and a dealer will not jet it to how they "feel" it should be jetted, they will jet it to how it should be jetted.
Also, dyno jets are a waste of money. You can ge the same results with a handful of jets that cost half as much
