Default ct 330 jetting---need help please

Recently purchased a non-running 88 250r with a ct330 motor/stroker crank mated to a 39 keihin (k/n filter with airbox lid off). Got the quad running but wont seem to idle, also have a hard time starting hot. any jetting specs on main and pilot plus clip setting on needles appreciated.
p.s. is it really suppose to be difficult to kick over this type of motor coz i almost always have to literally jump on the kickstarter to turn it over.

start with a 190 main and make sure the piolot jet is clear (idle cucuit) and turn the pilot screw/air screw out 2 1/4. Go from there, make sure the main is at least coloring the spark plug at high RPM passes. Once the main is right you can safely start tweeking the piolot. I am not sure what you should start with - I don't reember what mine is (I have the same set up) I will get back with you.
