Default dial-a-jet questions

I saw this in i cant remember if it was dennis kirk or Rocky Mountain but anyways there juss wasnt a hole of info on it is it like a jet kit thats juss easier to to change jet size or what is good bad i like the idea of it but didnt know if it was worth it or not thanks alot

I read about that jet too, it was at rocky mountain
I thought it sounded pretty cool, but didnt want to spend the extra money so i just went with a dyno.
Sorry...i dont know all that much about it.
