twist or thumb throttle poll
iv tried both twist and thumb on both dirt bikes and quads, the thumb was only on my yz for a few hours so that i could keep riding, but i would rather keep the twist on the bikes and the thumb on my quad.

Thumb.
For those that have problems with thumbs going numb or cramping after long hours of use, we bought an extender kit from Cabello's. My wife really likes it. She says it helps eliminate tension in her thumb.
