I have mine thru Liberty Mutual. They even offer medical payment coverage. Pretty reasonable for basic liability and collision insurance.

My cars and house are with StateFarm so my ATV insurance is with them too. I pay about $250/yr for full coverage with a $250 deductible. Friends are with other insurance companies and get their insurance cheaper. Their's cost as little as $105/yr. I checked and to insure mine with one of the other companies, I would need to change my auto insurance too. I don't want to do since my auto insurance is cheaper where I am.
Either way, find insurance and buy it! Its still a good deal for new quads that cost 4-7k+. A friend did $3000 damage to his brand new quad with no insurance, another friend totaled one and had insurance. I have first hand experience so the choice was easy. Homeowner's doesn't cover much unless you use it to maintain your property. Then only when on your property.
