Its a Honda sportrax trx300ex. Trx stands for 4 wheeler Sportrax is for sport model. If it were a 3wheeler it would have ATC as a prefix. Sometimes the names get out of controll.

Hey all, I own a 96 300ex, but is there any difference between a trx300ex and a 300ex? I bought a new cobra exhaust system and it stated itd fit a 300ex, but the head pipe is not long enough to fit into the engine. The guy that owned it previously had a stock 400ex exhaust on it and it burned the plastic fenders so i got that cobra and the head pipe does not fit...Why??? Thanks

Tbuck
